I'm Back!

Surf Town Triathlon super expensive pictures

I've been on vacation for the past two weeks, which should explain my blog absense. Never fear I am back. I'll have photos from my trip to France and Spain to upload this weekend. I haven't even started to look through them because I was snapping shots left and right. It's going to be a doozy looking through them. I took the to weeks off training to give my body a break after my first triathlon season. I think it really needed it. It appears as though I will be battling tight calves and planters fasciitis
now as I get back into training. Hopefully I can get rid of this fast. It's a really mild case at the moment. If you have suggestions I am opening to hearing them. Has anyone tried water running before?

    Try foam rolling those areas

    I have to say, the bike picture is one of the coolest ones I have seen this year

  2. Thanks. Yeah I have been foam rolling like mad since I discovered it's magical powers. I also do the lacrosse ball under the foot and sleep in the compression calf sleeves. I am thinking of getting a sports massage to get the actual knot out of my calf. I suppose it's a sign I need to actually build my calf muscles.

    And thanks I was trying to get a pretty silly bike shot in there.
