I love watching the recap videos of the final minutes of an Ironman finish. Talk about inspiring. Yes of course I do marvel over the people (If you want to even call them that. I am convinced they are super humans at the least) that win, but it's the people that just make it over the finish line as the cutoff time approaches that I love. Giving it everything they got until the very end just to become and Ironman. Bad to the ass.

Monday was a complete rest day for me and today was an easy run in the AM. Tomorrow I am back at it full force with an AM swim and hopefully an evening run.
