Ok this will try and be a catch up post. I've been sorta "art MIA" because I have been using all my non-working time to train for a triathlon. I do still draw and doodle but over the past months there has been a decline. I used art as an outlet when I was having a lot of problems with injuries. I took a new approach to healing my injuries this time and now I am having some luck. Hence me signing up for a sprint triathlon.

Train. Eat. Work. Train. Sleep. Repeat.
