New Year Goals
  • Drink more water. You are getting better at it, so keep carrying that water bottle.
  • Keep drawing in your sketchbooks. Remember, later when you look back on them it will bring up all kinds of memories.
  • Stay in touch with close friends.
  • More healthy cooking. Healing and preventing illness, disease and injury with proper nutrition.
  • Become one with your body so you can get rid of hip pain and muscle strains.
  • Take more breaks from your phone. It's ok to leave it off every once in awhile.
  • Live life to the fullest. Any day could be your last.
  • And most importantly smile and keep doing what you love.
