I set up my "painting area" in my garage today. So I finally have an oil painting in the process again. This one is of Big Sur, CA. A magical and lovely place. I highly recommend it if you've never been. I am taking photos of the painting in process so I will try to post those asap.
For Mother's Day I took my mom to the Flower Fields in Carlsbad and then out to a Thai restaurant for lunch. It was a lovely day. I took all my pictures of the flower fields on film so I will upload those as soon as I get the roll developed. There was even a maze made from sweet peas. I felt like a little kid running around through it.
